McDermott International last week marked important milestones on a pair of key projects for Pemex at its fabrication yard in Altamira, Mexico.
The Houston-headquartered contractor took the ceremonial first steel cut on the Abkatun-A2 platform, its largest project yet for the Mexican state-led oil company, and also began load-out of the Ayatsil-C jacket before installation work in the Bay of Campeche.
