US contractor McDermott has fired back at allegations by TechnipFMC that an executive who recently joined the company “misappropriated trade secrets” after switching jobs.
A Houston court has also extended until 4 September a restraining order that enjoins both the company and the executive in question, Samik Mukherjee, from making use of any ill-obtained information.
Both McDermott and Mukherjee deny doing so.
