Inai worked as a sub- contractor to MMHE during the engineering and fabrication of a deck and jacket for a Petronas project off Turkmenistan - under two contracts worth 66 million ringgit ($ million) - at its Pasir Gudang yard.
MMHE alleged Inai failed to complete its work on time and defaulted under its contract which was terminated last year.
MMHE said the sub-contractor had completed about 60% of its workscope when the contract was terminated and had claimed for a certain amount of money for certain works and services rendered.
