PRESIDENT Barack Obama has now secured 42 votes in the US Senate, taking him well above the level of support needed to prevent Congress from blocking the landmark nuclear deal with Iran.
The deal will lead to the removal of international sanctions that have crippled investment in Iran’s energy sector. International oil companies are already lining up to return to Iran.
