Murphy aims to produce a combined 75 million cubic feet per day of gas from the Belum and Pemanis finds from 2015 under the second phase of the Sarawak gas project.
The gas finds will be developed via two gas production satellite platforms.
The Pemanis structure will be connected using a 12-inch pipeline to the Merapuh platform about 10 kilometres away, while the Belum satellite will be tied back via a 16-inch, eight-kilometre pipeline to a production facility planned for the Serendah field.
