The CPT will be designed to support full drilling and production operations, with a tender assist rig, a topsides weighing about 36,000 tonnes and 38 well slots. The tower will be the second such structure of its kind used outside the Gulf of Mexico.
Mustang also designed the first, which is currently producing oil from Chevron's Benguela-Belize development in 1280 feet of water in Block 14.
