Late last month NEB chairman Gaetan Caron met Northwest Territories Premier Floyd Roland and Minister of Industry Bob McLeod to discuss some of the more prevalent issues facing the territory if offshore drilling goes ahead.
“We wanted to make sure the NEB looked at the full picture of the effects of offshore drilling in the Beaufort Sea, and recognises there are other stakeholders in the Beaufort they should consult,” said McLeod.
