Neptune Energy has agreed a deal to acquire the UK and Norwegian assets of Edison E&P from London-listed Energean Oil & Gas for up to $280 million.
Energean is looking to sell on the North Sea package after reaching a $850 million deal to buy out Edison E&P this summer, an agreement that is due for completion by the end of the year.
