Canada’s Frontera Energy has added another block in Colombia to its assets after placing a counter-offer on the tract in the country’s first oil and gas round in five years.
The company confirmed that it was awarded the VIM-22 block in the Lower Magdalena Valley region. The block is adjacent to and on trend with the company’s Guama block, Frontera said.
