NIGERIAN Petroleum Resources Minister Ibe Kachikwu has expressed “disappointment” at the recent spate of attacks by the militant group Niger Delta Avengers (NDA) on the export trunkline serving the Shell-operated Forcados oil export terminal in Delta State.
There have been three attacks so far this month including a failed assault earlier this week on security guards near the Batan flowstation on the outskirts of Warri on the facility.
