Colombia is offering 20 blocks in the first bid round seen in the country since 2014.
The tracts — 13 in the Llanos basin, five in the Magdalena Valley, and two offshore in the Caribbean — will be awarded in the third quarter of 2019, the country’s hydrocarbons regulator ANH said.
The bid round has the potential to bring in $600 million of investment, the agency said.
