The three liquefied natural gas projects in Queensland, Australia, have signed a new heads of agreement with the country’s federal goverment to ensure the domestic gas market is supplied.
Representatives of the Shell-operated Queensland Curtis project, the Santos-operated Gladstone development and Origin Energy-led Australia Pacific project signed the new agreement, offering uncontracted gas to the domestic market “on reasonable terms” in the event of a shortfall, said the government.
