The US state of North Dakota posted another all-time high in natural gas production in March though flaring also rose, with regulators warning it would exceed limits through the rest of this year, writes Julia Martinez.
“That is going to be the story for the rest of this year,” North Dakota Department of Mineral Resources director Lynn Helms said during a monthly webinar, referring to the lack of current natural gas infrastructure available to offload excess production.
