The Horizon Oil-led co-owners of the Elevala-Ketu gas and condensate discoveries in Papua New Guinea have been instructed by the government to submit a new development plan.
This is necessary because the government was not satisfied with the original development plan, which was a gas recycling project whereby condensate would be produced and sold but the produced dry gas would be re-injected, said operator Horizon Oil.
