THE Nigerian government’s apparent offer of talks with militant groups wreaking havoc in the Niger Delta has swiftly come unstuck after the group currently hitting oil companies hardest ruled out any discussions.
The Niger Delta Avengers (NDA) this week denied it is negotiating with any committee set up by President Muhammadu Buhari to find a peaceful solution to militant activity in the creeks.
