Indonesia has failed to attract a single bid for acreage offered via the regular tender process in its 2018 first licensing round, dealing a blow to the government’s hoped for exploration renaissance, writes Amanda Battersby.
Companies had accessed documents for just five of the 19 available conventional oil and gas blocks, according to Ministry of Energy & Mineral Resources official Eddy Usman.
