Italy’s Saipem and co-venturer Taiwan-based CTCI Corporation have won a contract worth about US$925 million to build the Nong Fab liquefied natural gas import terminal for PTT LNG in its native Thailand, writes Amanda Battersby.

Nong Fab, which will be built in Mueang Rayong district in south-east Thailand, will be PTT’s second onshore receiving and regasification facility after the nearby Map Ta Phut terminal.
