Gazprom-owned gas pipeline operator Nord Stream 2 has revealed that it now sees two deadlines for the completion of its controversial gas export pipeline project from Russia across the Baltic Sea to Germany.
According to the company, it will be capable of completing the twin-line pipeline by the end of this year if Denmark issues construction permits to lay the pipe either through its territorial waters or its exclusive economic zone in the Baltic Sea.
