Norway has received applications from 33 companies for acreage in the country’s annual round of licence awards in pre-defined areas, known as the APA round, writes Beate Schjolberg.
The round offers up all unlicenced blocks in the developed areas of the North Sea, the Norwegian Sea and the Barents Sea — in practice all Norwegian offshore acreage except the most remote and frontier regions.
