London-listed junior Nostra Terra Oil & Gas has added to its position in the US Permian basin with the acquisition of the Mesquite prospect from US outfit Tall City Exploration.
The $150,000 cash deal will see Nostra Terra gain 1384 net acres in the core US shale basin as well as take over operatorship.
The company’s aim is to potentially drill eight horizontal wells, targeting initial production of between 200 and 300 barrels per day of oil.
