Speaking earlier this week in Moscow, Novatek deputy executive chairman Denis Khramov said the Kola Yard will have two deep-water docks to enable the construction of concrete gravity-based structures and topsides for future liquefied natural gas developments on the Yamal and Gydan peninsulas in West Siberia.
