Brazilian offshore services company Ocyan has been given approval to start bidding for contracts from Petrobras, several weeks after Ocyan’s parent company Odebrecht signed an agreement with the state-controlled oil giant over potential liabilities and future commitments relating to anti-corruption compliance, writes Gareth Chetwynd.
The terms of the settlement were agreed in early July, and the leniency deal has now been formalised with Ocyan’s return to the Petrobras vendor list.
