Nigerian President Muhammadu Buhari has been criticised by the Movement for the Survival of the Ogoni People (Mosop) for his recent insistence that the the exploration unit of the Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation should take over OML 11 by end of this month.
Mosop president Legborsi Saro Pyagbara this week formally petitioned Buhari to halt plans to resume oil production.
