A spokesman for the armed wing of the Front for the Liberation of the Cabinda Enclave told a news conference in Congo's capital the group had the means to destroy their economic installations. The responsibility for the consequences of ignoring this ultimatum will rest with those concerned and the Angolan government, which has put the foreign investors in Cabinda, said Emmanuel N'Zita.
Oil companies warned to leave Cabinda
AN ARMED group fighting for independence in Angola's oil-rich Cabinda enclave has warned oil companies and other foreign investors to leave the area immediately.
