Australia's Oilex has issued a default notice to its joint venture partner Gujarat State Petroleum Corporation (GSPC) for failing to pay its share of costs at the Cambay gas field in India.
Oilex, which said the default was for an amount equivalent to US$3 million, has continued to bear the ongoing costs of the joint venture and received no payments from GSPC in the March 2018 quarter.
