Located in its wholly-owned Omoueyi exploration permit and nine kilometres south of its Onal infrastructure, the Omoc-1 probe flowed 1000 barrels per day of crude during an initial test, with results from two further tests still to come.
This well, which was drilled to a depth of 1020 metres, intercepted oil in two plays, a 40-metre thick Kissenda sandstone and a 14-metre deeper Basal sandstone, both already established as proven oil zones in the country.
A
