The final decision on the various proposed export routes has been delayed by about one year, but the 2017-18 schedule for exports from Shah Deniz remains unchanged.
The decision by the consortium comes four months after it received proposals from Nabucco, Trans Caspian Pipeline (TAP) and ITGI. Two other options were later added by BP and Socar separately – the Southeast Europe Pipeline (SEEP) and Trans Anatolian New Pipeline (Tanap).
