The 10 May incident claimed the life of a 31-year old Hyundai PFCE consortium worker while two of his colleagues were those most seriously injured, one is said to have suffered extensive burns.
They were believed to all be Malaysian nationals.
More than a dozen less severely wounded personnel were treated as out-patients at two clinics.
The Hyundai-PFCE consortium was carrying out scheduled maintenance on gas processing plant three at the time of the fatal incident.
