India's Oil & Natural Gas Corporation (ONGC) has awarded a contract for the commissioning of a mobile offshore production unit bound for the WO-16 Cluster off the country's west coast, writes Russell Searancke.
ONGC said it aims to commission the MOPU by March 2019, and that all 15 wells at the WO-16 Cluster have been completed in readiness for coming on stream once the MOPU is commissioned.
