Indian giant Oil & Natural Gas Corporation (ONGC) has homed in on a development concept for its prolific Block KG-DWN-98/2 off India’s east coast, with fixed platforms and a floating production, storage and offloading vessel on the wish-list.
Well-placed sources said a plan has been defined for a series of fields in Clusters 1 and 2, whereby the project’s oil will be processed through a leased FPSO and the gas through a platform complex that will include processing and living quarters facilities.
