India’s Oil & Natural Gas Corporation (ONGC) has started a process to pre-qualify leading international offshore contractors for wellhead platform projects to be tendered over the next three years, writes Nishant Ugal.
Project watchers told Upstream that ONGC recently floated a tender to short-list EPC players through a process under which a preferred group of contractors would be selected to bid on upcoming wellhead platform tenders.
