India’s state-controlled Oil & Natural Gas Corporation (ONGC) has launched the tender for an integrated offshore contract covering its Neelam redevelopment and B-173-AC projects off the country’s west coast.

Industry sources said the combined engineering, procurement, construction and installation tender floated by ONGC is expected to be worth more than $250 million and is likely to be tightly contested.
