State-owned Oil & Natural Gas Corporation (ONGC) is making a fresh effort to start development of its S1 and Vashishta gas project off India’s east coast by inviting bids for subsea installation serv-ices.
Sources close to the process told Upstream that the tender has been issued and that bid documents are up for sale until 22 December, with international installation specialists expected to make a strong showing in the process.
