India’s state-controlled Oil & Natural Gas Corporation (ONGC) has floated the much-awaited tender for a key process platform required for its Ratna and R-Series development off the country’s western coast.
Multiple project watchers told Upstream that ONGC recently issued tender documents for the offshore process platform facility, with technical and commercial offers likely to be submitted on 9 October.
The workscope for the Ratna process platform (RPP) project will involve the engineering, procurement, construction and installation of a new four-legged process platform bridge connected to the existing R-12A platform.
