The Bassein development project envisages the engineering, procurement, construction, load-out, transport and installation of a new process platform BCPA-3, bridge connected to the existing BCPA-2 platform.
In addition to the new process platform, ONGC requires a new living quarter platform, BLQ-3, for 50 people plus a nine-slot wellhead platform and modifications to the existing BPA complex facilities.
Sources said ONGC floated the Bassein tender earlier this month and bid documents are on sale until 25 April.
