India’s Oil & Natural Gas Corporation (ONGC) is set to re-tender its $250 million-plus delayed Neelam redevelopment project, off the country’s west coast.
Sources told Upstream that ONGC has decided to re-tender the project, which includes a new processing platform, this month, “along with some workscope changes”.
One source said the bid validity for the previous tender expired on 30 June and ONGC returned bid bonds to the contractors, signalling that it will not proceed with the original tender process.
