Close to 100 engineers will move out of OPE's Houston and Trinidad offices to Foster Wheeler USA in Houston, which will keep the OPE name as a wholly owned subsidiary of Foster Wheeler.
Foster Wheeler will pay $2 million more if it elects to acquire OPE's business in Malaysia, an option that will extend 90 days from closing of the engineering sale transaction.
