US liquefaction start-up Tellurian has launched a binding open season for potential volume suppliers on the planned Permian Global Access pipeline (PGAP), which will provide feedstock to the proposed Driftwood liquefied natural gas facility in Louisiana, writes Caroline Evans.
The $3.7 billion natural gas pipeline would connect the booming Permian basin in Texas to southwest Louisiana, where demand from refining and liquefaction is expected to grow in the coming years.
