CALGARY-based Oryx Petroleum aims to drill this year in shallow water acreage in the joint development zone between Senegal and Guinea-Bissau controlled by the bi-government agency AGC.
AGC’s hydrocarbons advisor Papa Boucar Faye said an environmental assessment is underway on the Oryx-operated AGC Shallows licence and is due for completion shortly with a commitment well due before the end of 2016.
