OVL is buying the entire 5% share in the consortium held by Al Thani Corporation of Qatar and another 6% from Gulf Petroleum of the United Arab Emirates.
"We have already concluded the deal with Al Thani. The talks with Gulf Petroleum are, however, still in progress and hopefully will be concluded soon," said a director of OVL's parent company Oil & Natural Gas Corporation.
