Abu Dhabi National Oil Company (Adnoc) is closing in on the issue of formal tender documents for a $2 billion package that comprises offshore drill centres, subsea pipelines and compression platforms required for its huge Hail & Ghasha development, writes Nishant Ugal.
One source suggested that while Packages 3 & 4, comprising the onshore gas plant and utilities for Hail and Ghasha, have already been tendered, Package 1, which also includes the key offshore facilities is likely to be tendered within days.
