Equinor and Repsol are set to spin the drillbit next month on a pair of North Sea wildcats off Norway that have now been given the safety go-ahead, writes Steve Marshall.
State-controlled Equinor will use semi-submersible West Hercules to spud the 32/4-2 probe at the Gladsheim prospect in a water depth of 292 metres in its operated production licence 921.
