A consortium comprising India’s Shapoorji Pallonji Oil & Gas and Malaysia’s Bumi Armada has confirmed it has won a substantial contract from state-controlled Oil & Natural Gas Corporation (ONGC) to lease and operate a floating production, storage and offloading vessel at the operator’s KG-DWN-98/2 deep-water project, writes Nishant Ugal.
