The Peshawar High Court in Pakistan has decided that a division bench will hear the writ filed against the local subsidiary of MOL that calls for the Hungarian operator’s licence to be revoked due to the alleged theft of oil, writes Amanda Battersby.
The petition, filed by residents of Karak district, wants an investigation to be held into the issue.
