The package includes 58 wells producing 733 barrels of oil equivalent per day net - 80% oil - and proven reserves of 1.7 million barrels of oil equivalent and 1.7 billion cubic feet of natural gas.
Privately held Cheyenne Petroleum operates the acreage in La Salle and Frio counties.
The deal is expected to close by the end of the month, effective 1 April.
