The partners recorded gas flow rates of up to 38.4 million cubic feet per day during initial testing of Redback South-1 well last November in Block L11.
Origin said the Weatherford drilling rig 826 has been released from drilling the Redback-2 exploration well, and would be moved to drill the Wolf-1 appraisal .
At Redback-2, perforation of the Wagina reservoir interval and completion of the well is expected to be carried out in August using the Ensign Rig 5.
