CFSW LNG Constructors - a joint venture between Foster Wheeler, Chiyoda, Saipem and WorleyParsons - has won the contract to design and eventually build the phased facility and supply project execution services.
FEED activities are set to begin on 1 June of this year.
Financial terms were not disclosed.
The facility is still awaiting a final investment decision, which is not expected for at least 18 months.
