Iran’s Petroleum Engineering & Development Company (Pedec) has issued a pre-qualification tender for construction of a processing plant for the phase one development of the giant Kish gas field.
Joint-venture partnerships with foreign players are invited by the state company to take part in the bidding and may take an interest of up to 49% in any venture.
Pedec said the Aftab facility, sited at Gorzeh, in Hormuzgan province near the Strait of Hormuz, has to be completed over 18 months.
