Pemex has chartered two jack-up rigs built and currently owned by Chinese yard CIMC Raffles, making it the second charter of rigs stacked at Chinese yards by the state-owned Mexican operator this year.
The two JU200E units, Gulf Driller 6 and Gulf Driller 8, were initially leased to Chinese drilling equipment package provider CMIC Ocean En-Tech Holding, formerly known as TSC Group.
