The AGO is looking to determine who should potentially be charged in a case relating to the procurement and operation of anchor handing tug supply vessels, where graft is claimed to have occurred.

Three witnesses including an official from shipping company Pertamina Transkontinental, who was a member of the company’s AHTS vessel procurement team, and a legal manager have been interviewed in relation to the case.

“The witnesses have complied with the summons of special crime investigators… they were examined intensively,” an AGO spokesman told reporters.
